This interactive 3-hour pre-conference workshop, led by migraine-specialized Nurse Practitioners, Christie Tait and Shawna Kelly, offers practical tools for diagnosing and managing migraine in primary care. Through a combination of didactic teaching, hands-on neurological and fundoscopic exam practice, and small group case discussions, participants will improve their understanding of how to optimize acute and preventive treatment strategies. This session will foster peer-to-peer collaboration and provide practical tools to bring back to your own clinical setting.

Review key migraine diagnostic criteria and red flags for secondary headache 
Understand acute and preventive treatment options, including new therapies.
Practice hands-on neurological and fundoscopic exam techniques.
