Taranom Movahedi, PharmD, is the designated Pharmacy Manager at Intrepid Health Solutions, a compounding and specialty pharmacy. She is a graduate of the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Program at the University of Toronto, Class of 2018. In her role, she oversees pharmacy operations while supporting patient-centered care.
Taranom also collaborates with prescribers to help develop and formulate customized compounded medication solutions tailored to the specific needs of their patients. She is passionate about advancing compounding pharmacy practices and helping patients achieve better health outcomes through individualized compounding solutions.
NP Jeanine Harrison, BScN, MN, NP, RN-EC has been in the registered nursing professional for 29 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 18 years. She holds membership with the College of Nurses of Ontario, RNAO, NPAO, CNA, ASLMS and the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses.
After attending McMaster University for a BScN she spent 12 years in the Cardiac ICU before attending University of Toronto to complete a Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner in 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in education, research and publication as well as preceptorship and lecturing at U of T and York University.
As an NP in Cardiology for 18 yrs she was part of the team which developed a nurse led heart function clinic and then more recently she transitioned into advanced medical aesthetics practice and is medical director for three independent nurse led clinics.
Jeanine is faculty for THMA consulting Inc. which is instrumental in educating nurses/physicians on independent practice and speaks both internationally and nationally on independent nursing practice.
