Lori Rosove
With 25 years as a private practice social worker and 10 as a university writing instructor, Lori Rosove has deeply explored how therapeutic journaling enhances mental clarity and well-being. As the author of two books, she understands the clarifying power of writing and has guided clients and students in decluttering their thoughts, gaining clarity, and moving forward with confidence.
Lori founded Trees&Breathe in the summer of 2020. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, she offers in-person and online therapeutic journaling workshops.
