Course Description:
The course begins with a fully online asynchronous segment featuring 9 modules.
Each module includes e-learning content, optional video resources, and a post-module reflection and quiz.
All modules must be completed before attending the in-person session.
Simulation Lab: The in-person session will take place at the Lawrence Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing building, where participants practice health assessments in a simulation lab.
Course Objectives: Include boosting confidence in physical assessments, enhancing focused health assessment skills, understanding physical findings, and performing advanced assessments.
This course is for registered nurses and registered practical nurses looking to refresh their skills.
