Dr. Laurie Barclay is a full professor and the Lang Chair in Leadership at the University of Guelph, where she is also the Graduate Faculty Coordinator for the Masters in Leadership program. Laurie focuses on helping leaders create and maintain healthy workplaces. She is deeply committed to creating spaces where people can leverage their strengths and become their best selves. Laurie has been internationally recognized for research excellence and is also an enthusiastic mentor who has received multiple awards for teaching excellence.
